Hon. BA, MA, RP
Registered Psychotherapist
"Life can come with it’s challenges, I believe that anyone has the capacity to improve upon their lives and build on their strengths in a manner that can be tough but also rewarding."
About Me
I have wanted to be a therapist for as long as I can remember, inspired by my own meaningful experiences with therapy when I was young. Before becoming a registered psychotherapist, I had the privilege of supporting individuals, parents, children, youth, and families in their healing journeys for nearly 15 years. I am EMDR-trained and often incorporate somatic approaches to help clients explore the mind–body connection in therapy. My work is rooted in attachment-focused care, and I have extensive experience supporting family systems, first responders, and individuals navigating PTSD and complex trauma. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me camping, running, or enjoying time with my family.
