"Everyone needs purpose. Everyone deserves opportunity.
I'm here to help you reach your goals."
About Me
With over 30 years of experience providing therapy to youth, I specialize in supporting individuals with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and anxiety. In addition, I offer parent support services to help families navigate these challenges together. It is a privilege to work alongside children, youth, and their caregivers with the goal of supporting improved functioning and well-being. I believe everyone is doing the best they can and strive to meet clients where they are at and build from there. As a mom of two, I often say with some levity that somehow, we got them to young adulthood. But not without bumps. And sometimes, the bumps were big. In hindsight, as a highly anxious child myself, my joy comes from sharing the knowledge that we all have a superpower, the superpower to enlist our innate skills to feel and function better. My job is to help you learn how to unleash your superpower and nurture it. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I wish I had growing up.
