Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

“I am deeply committed to supporting my clients to address and overcome mental health challenges, enhance well-being, and build resilience.”

About Me

My passion for supporting mental health grew out of my work with athletes, where I saw firsthand the prevalence of untreated anxiety and depression. Today, I work with youth and adult clients including athletes at all levels, first responders, and individuals navigating life’s transitions, to build resilience and strengthen mental wellness. My areas of focus include stress management, emotional regulation, identity transitions, trauma recovery, and work-life balance. I have a particular interest in men’s mental health and creating a supportive space for clients to explore and enhance their overall well-being.
