WHO WE ARE
We embrace our responsibility to co-create a world where each of us is empowered to heal and flourish. We are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and compassionate environment for all people seeking positive change. As a team we strive for personal and professional development through ongoing consultation, research, community engagement, advocacy/social justice work, and education. We are working on creating a space that fosters cultural safety and cultural humility in our work and the communities we serve. We aspire to conduct anti-oppressive psychological practice and care. We welcome ongoing dialogue and constructive criticism when we fail to acknowledge privilege or power differentials inherent in the therapeutic relationship.
Bay Psychology offers individual psychological therapy, group psychotherapy, telepsychology virtual care, psychological assessment, consultation and training services.
We specialize in the treatment of maternal mental health, body image and emotional eating, trauma, and fostering self-compassion.

Bay Psychology has partnered with One Tree Planted/@onetreeplanted in order to create a business that gives back to nature. Trees clean our air and water, create habitats for biodiversity, contribute to our health and well-being, and create jobs for social impact. Therapy is incredibly challenging and to honour that work Bay Psychology plants one tree for each client. Learn more about One Tree Planted
Bay Psychology is located on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg Peoples and the Nipissing First Nation. The Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850 established treaty rights for the region, and we recognize that we are all treaty people, bound by these accords. As settlers to this land, we acknowledge the intergenerational trauma caused by colonization and ongoing injustices to all Indigenous Peoples. As a small gesture towards reconciliation and cultural resurgence, Bay Psychology donates a percentage of proceeds from consultation services to the Ojibway Women’s Lodge.
