Group Therapy
At Bay Psychology, our group therapy sessions provide a supportive space to learn, share, and grow alongside others with similar experiences. We offer both in-person and virtual groups on a variety of topics, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parental coaching, mindfulness, and more. Some groups are tailored to specific communities, such as first responders or teens, allowing participants to connect with peers who truly understand their unique challenges.
Group therapy can be a powerful way to gain new skills, build resilience, and feel less alone in your journey.
