“I am honoured and privileged to witness and support profound personal transformations, helping individuals and families overcome challenges, discover strengths, and lead fulfilling lives”

About Me

My mission is to contribute to a kinder, more peaceful world. I pursue this vision through my work with individuals and families, and through the dedicated team I have the privilege of leading. As a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, and educator, I bring over two decades of experience across hospital, academic, and community settings. I am deeply committed to providing care that is both compassionate and grounded in the latest advancements in neuroscience. As the clinical director of Bay Psychology, my goal is for every individual who engages with our services to feel supported, cared for, and more hopeful.

I believe that through this work, we can create meaningful and lasting ripples of positive change in our community.
