As a clinical psychologist, author, researcher, and educator, I bring over two decades of experience across hospital, academic, and community settings. I am deeply committed to providing care that is both compassionate and grounded in the latest advancements in neuroscience. As the clinical director of Bay Psychology, my goal is for every individual who engages with our services to feel supported, cared for, and more hopeful.
