Registered Psychotherapist
"I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll explore what’s getting in your way, build on your strengths, and work together to create real, lasting change - at your pace, in your own way."
About Me
Throughout my journey as a therapist, I’ve seen how often people carry more than they show, especially those others rely on. My goal is to offer a space where some of that weight can be set down and healing can begin. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a clinical focus on trauma and mental health support for first responders, public service personnel, and survivors of gender-based violence. I strive to integrate trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches in all aspects of my work. In addition to my work with public service professionals and survivors, I also support individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and grief or loss. As someone with lived experience as a neurodivergent individual, I’m deeply passionate about making therapy accessible and supportive for neurodivergent clients, including tailored supports for individuals with ADHD and autism. I believe that by understanding our strengths, building resilience, and exploring how our environments shape us, we can transform how we think, feel, and engage with the world. It’s my hope that we can work together in a collaborative, person-centered, and strength-based way to meet life’s challenges with mental clarity and confidence. Outside the office, you’ll often find me curled up with a good book, enjoying time in nature, or keeping active.
