Psychotherapist
"I became a therapist because of a life long passion of helping others. I have always felt a deep connection to people and an innate desire to support others through life's challenges. Being a therapist, allows me to engage with others in an altrusitic way, offering compassion, understanding, and guidance in an environment built on trust and empathy."
About Me
My approach as a therapist is grounded in compassion and uses strength-based tools to help calm emotions, bring clarity, and support you in reconnecting with yourself. I work with individuals navigating relational challenges, anxiety, medical trauma, grief, and the unique experiences that can come with aging. With lived experience of multiple losses, I am especially attuned to the pain of grief and feel deeply honoured to support others through their own journeys of loss. I bring humility to my work, recognizing the courage it takes to seek support, and believe therapy offers a powerful path to greater peace, insight, and more fulfilling relationships.
