Hons. B.A., M.A., Applied Psychology

Clinical Associate/ Psychometrist

"I wholeheartedly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and that we all have the strength to overcome suffering. It is not only an important commitment but also an honour for me to work collaboratively with my clients to help them meet their goals and feel supported in their healing journey."

About Me

My journey in psychology has always felt like a major part of my life’s purpose. It began at Nipissing University where I earned a BA in Psychology. In 2017, I joined the Diagnostic Sleep Clinic in North Bay as a sleep technologist, sparking a deep interest in sleep psychology. This passion led me to complete a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Laurentian University with a focus on sleep and mental health.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as a supervised Clinical Associate at Bay Psychology and aspire to become a Psychological Associate. I offer individual and group therapy, sleep consultations, and diagnostic assessments. My eclectic, trauma-informed, person-centered approach draws from evidence-based practices and is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and mutual respect. I specialize in sleep concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and working with first responders.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with loved ones and pets and indulge in many hobbies like video games, music (especially my vinyl collection), playing the piano and guitar, reading, baking, painting, and volleyball.
