Registered Psychotherapist
"My aim is to foster compassion, collaboration, and creativity when working with individuals and families towards their therapeutic goals and above all, I am grateful to have the opportunity to nurture a safe environment for this work."
About Me
Empathy, collaboration, and curiosity are at the core of my clinical work with individuals and families. I am cognizant of the significance of the therapeutic relationship in the process of change, and strive to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for my clients. My eclectic background has guided my holistic approach to care, in which I appreciate how our histories and our environments impact our current contexts, challenges, and strengths.
As a psychotherapist, I am committed to ongoing learning, restorative care, and ethical practice. As an individual, I spend my time out of office connecting with my loved ones and my community, dabling in many creative outlets, and spending time outdoors. I am honoured to be here.
