Hon. BA, MA, RP
I completed the Masters of Counselling Psychology Program (MACP) through Yorkville University in 2021. During my many years of education I was fortunate to work with children, youth and families in tandem. I have specialized training and experience in working with those who struggle with emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, attachment, and parenting.
I currently specialize in the treatment of trauma, mood, and anxiety related difficulties. Modalities that I utilize with adult based populations involve polyvagal theory, mindfulness, somatic interventions, CBT, DBT, and CPT.
Life can come with its challenges, and I do believe that anyone has the capacity to improve their lives and build upon their strengths in a manner that can be tough at times but also very rewarding. It is within a sense of safety that can ensue from a therapeutic relationship where one’s life can be explored, and personal goals can be supported. I look forward to learning alongside my clients and helping them with their life goals at a pace that feels okay for them.
