Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
"As a therapist, I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. I view therapy as a space for growth, self-discovery, and building resilience. It is a privilege to support clients on their journey toward mental wellness."
About Me
I work from a person-centered and collaborative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities to support youth, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and family changes. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. My work is guided by a belief in people’s capacity to grow through life’s challenges with the right support. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy being active, coaching youth volleyball, and spending time outdoors with my two dogs.
